12termsofpayment:
onemonthpriortothetimeofshipmentthebuyershallopenwiththebankof_______anirrevocableletterofcreditinfavourofthesellerpayableattheissuingbankagainstpresentationofdocumentsasstipulatedunderclause18.a.ofsectionii,thetermsofdeliveryofthiscontractafterdepartureofthecarryingvessel.thesaid　letterofcreditshallremaininforcetillthe15thdayaftershipment.
13otherterms:
unlessotherwiseagreedandacceptedbythebuyer,allothermattersrelatedtothiscontractshallbegovernedbysectionii,thetermsofdeliverywhichshallformanintegralpartofthiscontract.anysupplementarytermsandconditionsthatmaybeattachedtothiscontractshallautomaticallyprevailoverthetermsandconditionsofthiscontractifsuchsupplementarytermsandconditionscomeinconflictwithtermsandconditionshereinandshallbebindinguponbothparties.

14.3underfasterms,thesellershallundertaketodeliverthecontractedgoodsunderthetackleofthevesselnominatedbythebuyer　onanydatenotifiedbythebuyer,withinthetimeofshipmentas　stipulatedinclause8ofthiscontract.
14.410-15dayspriortothedateofshipment,thebuyershall　informthesellerbycableortelexofthecontractnumber,nameof　vessel,etaofvessel,quantitytobeloadedandthenameofshippingagent,soas　toenablethesellertocontacttheshippingagentdirectandarrangetheshipmentofthegoods.thesellershalladvisebycableortelexintimethebuyeroftheresultthereof.should,forcertain　reasons,itbecomenecessaryforthebuyertoreplacethenamedvesselwithanotherone,orshouldthenamedvesselarriveattheportofshipment　earlier　or　laterthanthedateofarrivalaspreviouslynotifiedtotheseller,　the　buyeroritsshippingagentshalladvisethesellertothiseffectindue　time.
